Lupin flour 60%: a nutritional additive in the preparation of pastry products and dry pasta. Ideal for blending with other types of flour such as wheat flour, oats, rice, among others. The product does not require cooking to be consumed and can be used in doughs, plant-based beverages, enriched premixes, sports supplements, and other food products in general.
Yellow pea flour 24% and chickpea flour 20%: it is a functional ingredient, nutritional enhancer, and thickener. It can be used in enriched premixes, sauces and seasonings, plant-based beverages, vegetable-based products, protein snacks, pasta, and other food products in general.
