The term dogfish is a Portuguese word derived from the Spanish ['cazón'] that, for a long time, was attributed to a specific species of shark. Belonging to the same species as the shark, dogfish contains omega 3, selenium and vitamin A. Therefore, including it in the diet helps the immune system function properly and eye health. Very common in captive breeding, it is a source of selenium, vitamin A and omega.
