Panga fish originates from Vietnam. It has been farmed and fished for millennia in the Mekong River, one of the largest waterways in the world. Increasingly popular, it is consumed not only in the small Asian country, as it is exported to the European Union, the United States and Russia. The beneficial nutrients contained in panga fish help to strengthen joints and bones and reduce the likelihood of developing diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
