JELUCEL® cellulose is a filter aid that enables environmentally friendly and economical filtration. Cellulose is used in pre-layer filtration, in combination with mineral filter aids and as a pressing aid. As a pre-layer, our cellulose compensates for defects in the filter cloth and improves the filtration result. JELUCEL® optimizes the stability of mineral filter aids and prevents particles from leaking. When used as a pressing aid, the excellent drainage effect of the cellulose fibers is manifested: sediments are effectively adsorbed during pressing.
