CBS (Cocoa Butter Substitute) is a high-quality palm kernel fat. Versatile, with good thermal resistance and a pleasant mouthfeel, CBS fats are resistant to fat bloom, excellent shine and are compatible with cocoa butter up to 5%. CBS vegetable fat can be used to make molded chocolates, toppings, and fillings.
CBE (Cocoa Butter Equivalent) is a special fat made from vegetable oils and fats.
CBE fat is fully compatible with cocoa butter and can be used in the formulation of chocolates and compounds to provide greater stability to temperature variations and resistance to fat bloom.
